Protocols on How and When to Contact the Officer on Duty
- Emergency Situations: DIAL 911
- Urgent Situations: Immediately contact the patrol officer if you notice any suspicious activity or urgent safety concerns.
- Non-Emergency Situations: For non-urgent matters, such as reporting a minor issue or requesting information, call or text the patrol officer.

- Patrol Services: Their highly trained officers will conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle to ensure a visible and effective safety presence.
- Parking Monitoring and Enforcement: Actively monitor and enforce parking regulations on private streets and designated areas within Morgan Creek. Officers will conduct regular patrols to identify violations such as parking in fire lanes, unauthorized spaces, or blocking access points.
- Enhanced Communication: A strong emphasis on clear and open communication. They will maintain regular contact with our community management team and be readily available to address any concerns or inquiries from residents. This improved communication will help ensure that all safety issues are handled effectively and transparently.
- Incident Reporting and Follow-Up: Detailed reports of any incidents that occur within the community. These reports will include information on the nature of the incident, actions taken by the officers, and any follow-up measures required. This thorough documentation helps keep our community informed and ensure accountability.
