Oversees the day-to-day operations of the community. Collaborates with the Board of Directors and HOA vendors, ensuring that maintenance and projects run smoothly and within the HOA budget. Interfaces with accounting, legal, insurance, etc to maintain HOA compliance with state laws. Assists residents with maintenance requests, architectural requests, general questions, acceptance of payments, and key tag distribution for the gated entrances.
